Scope Of Work
Complete tear-off and removal of existing Cal-Slate fiber cement roofing. Existing solid sheathing was inspected and retained. Hoyt Roofs removed and reinstalled 28 solar panels, installed and properly flashed all solar standoffs and roof penetrations, installed new underlayment and roofing components, and installed CertainTeed Presidential TL Solaris shingles in Charcoal Black, a luxury triple-laminate cool-roof shingle designed to replicate the appearance of hand-split cedar shakes while improving energy efficiency and durability.
